The event will be held in the Moody Center on the University of Texas’s Austin campus. This is not to be confused with the Moody Theater, where the hit TV show Austin City Limits is filmed.

Who are the Hosts?

Kelsea Ballerini, who tested positive for Covid in 2022 and was forced to do her hosting duties from home, will reunite with Kane Brown as a co-host. For the 2022 show at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium, actor Anthony Mackie stepped in at the last minute to assist Brown.

Who are Nominated for the Awards?

Female Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year are two of the four categories in which Lainey Wilson is nominated. Brown, Cody Johnson, and “Son of a Sinner” singer Jelly Roll (who received his first nominations this year) also have multiple nominations.

Sixteen people were initially considered for the night’s top prize, but only six remain. Songs by Blake Shelton (“No Body”), Carrie Underwood (“Hate My Heart”), Cody Johnson (“Human”), Hardy (“Wait in the Truck”), Kane Brown (“Thank God”), Katelyn Brown (“Thank God”), and Morgan Wallen (“You Proof”) are among the contenders. The live show will not end voting in this category.
