How to watch 2023 Daytona 500 live in Canada: Date, Time, TV Channel for NASCAR today

The country will shift its focus from Arizona to Daytona this week as The NASCAR Cup Series returns on Sunday when the 2023 Daytona 500 kicks off another exciting season with the biggest race on the NASCAR schedule. The Great American Race will be held for the 65th time. Daytona will host the NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, Truck, and ARCA Menards series season openers over the course of five days.

This week, forty of the world’s best drivers will take to the track at Daytona International Speedway, a 2.5-mile tri-oval where speeds can exceed 200 mph. Winning the Great American Race alters a driver’s career forever, with their name immortalized in history. There will be 42 drivers competing in the Daytona 500. The field is capped at 40 cars, which means three drivers will go home after Thursday’s qualifying races. The race has 36 drivers confirmed through NASCAR’s charter system, so the final four spots will be decided by six drivers.
