Report: White House In ‘Early Discussions’ To Have Biden Travel To Europe

The trip would likely be to Brussels, home to NATO and the European Union, and focus on the Russian war waging in Ukraine.

WASHINGTON (Fwrd Axis) — The White House is in ‘early discussions’ for President Joe Biden to travel to Europe in the coming weeks amid Russia’s ongoing war with Ukraine escalating, according to a White House official.

The trip would likely be to Brussels, home to NATO and the European Union, and focus on the Russian war waging in Ukraine, which has gotten much more deadly in the past few days as Russian forces attack innocent civilians.

The meeting with NATO would be an emergency extraordinary meeting but noted nothing has been finalized yet. Vice President Kamala Harris visited Poland and Romania last week and some of her staff stayed behind in Europe to plan a possible Biden trip, reports suggest.

The White House and the National Security Council did not respond to requests for a comment on the story nor has anything been officially confirmed.
