Israel and U.S. Launch Military Strikes On Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump in his State of the Union address this week accused Iran’s government of “sinister nuclear ambitions.”

Israel and the United States have launched what it called a preemptive strike against Iran, it has been confirmed on Saturday morning.

“As a result, a missile and UAV attack against the State of Israel and its civilian population is expected in the immediate time frame,” the spokesperson said.

Smoke rose from an explosion in downtown Tehran, Iran’s capital. Iran’s airspace is closed, Iran’s semi-official news agency Tasnim reported.
