NEW YORK, NY (Fwrd Axis) – Roads? Where we’re going we don’t need…roads. But you will need a ticket if you want to join the legions of excited fans attending the Back to the Future Reunion with Michael J. Fox & Christopher Lloyd special event taking place on October 8 during the New York Comic Con festivities next month.
Over the past few years, Fox and Lloyd have paired up to celebrate the beloved franchise, for anniversaries and for Michael J. Fox’s foundation benefiting those who suffer from Parkinson’s Disease.
Back to the Future, a concept conceived by collaborators Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis in the early 1980s, is one of the most treasured trilogies in pop culture history. There are so many quotable lines, attributed to the genius writing – coupled with the incredible chemistry of the cast and the bond shared by Fox and Lloyd. There is nothing like it and even now – nearly 40 years later – audiences are still entertained by its charm and rich plot. They don’t make movies like this one anymore. Even right down to the music. When that Alan Silvestri-penned theme comes in…it’s magic.
The Back to the Future Reunion with Michael J. Fox & Christopher Lloyd event is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated events of the NYCC weekend. Fans can meet the stars when they purchase VIP packages, available at multiple tiers. Throughout the weekend, fans can also schedule photo ops and either purchase pre-autographed memorabilia, or bring along items for Fox and Lloyd to sign.
