‘Big Brother Australia’ Recap: The Housemates Risk It All

Big Brother Australia is approaching the end of the season and Monday night saw the housemates risk it all to try and stay in the game.

(Fwrd Axis) — Big Brother Australia is approaching the end of the season and Monday night saw the housemates risk it all to try and stay in the game.

The episode kicked off following Drew’s eviction. The OGs and Gabbie are upset with Drew being sent home and vow revenge on the newbies. Meanwhile, Big Brother set the housemates some challenges for a high-risk week. As part of the challenge, Taras took a risk for a challenge advantage but lost out and would have to sit out instead.

Tim won a pass to the Head of House Suite, Estelle won time with a pony, and Reggie won a photo album. Jaycee, Estelle, Johnson, Gabbie, and Brenton all won a feast outside while Tim, Reggie, Taras, and Aliesha were banished to the inside with porridge.

However, Big Brother announced the banished housemates were actually lucky in the game. They got to select the new head of house among them and Tim managed to select himself and talk his way into safety.

The nomination challenge saw the housemates in pairs having to dig and find keys to release flags. The first pair to release all nine flags would win. Tim and Gabbie easily won the challenge, earning the power to nominate three people for eviction.

They decided on Jaycee, Johnson, and Aliesha for eviction, breaking the pact they made when Tim was made Head of House.

Host Sonia Kruger returned to get the eviction proceedings started. Jaycee told the housemates Howe would sacrifice himself in order to ensure that Aleisha and Johnson stay since it is their dream.

When all the housemates voted, Sonia revealed Jaycee had been evicted on a 6-3 vote while Aliesha got zero votes.

“They got their revenge,” Jaycee said after his eviction.

Big Brother Australia continues Tuesday night at 7.30 pm on Channel 7 and on-demand on 7Plus.
