We wanted to let our loyal readers know that moving forward we will not be posting any stories or news to social media website X, formerly known as Twitter. FWRD AXIS News is committed to delivering meaningful stories from our fair and balanced team. However, we feel there is no longer a benefit to posting on X as the site is now a hub for misinformation, conspiracy theories, and racism.
Our mission is to be fair and balanced but X itself is no longer fair or balanced. Its owner, Elon Musk, has used it to influence others and his own dangerous rhetoric makes it a danger for journalists and members of the press.
Our staff will still be allowed to use the site on their personal accounts if they wish as well as for news-gathering. Our work is available at fwrdaxis.com and we will be on Apple News, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads for our supporters who still want to follow our stories on other platforms.
