(Fwrd Axis) — Britney Spears, 40, has deleted Instagram for the second time. This comes after she documented her star-studded nuptials.
While we don’t know why she’s deactivated her account, we hope that she’s back soon.
After a brief hiatus, she returned and resumed posting her usual content: cryptic quotes, images of roses, and videos of dancing while staring at the camera. Fans are still none-the-wiser as to why she deleted her account the first time around, so we doubt we’ll get a reason this time if she returns.
Britney’s been in the news a lot recently, especially since her wedding with her long-term partner and model Sam Asghari. The event was not without its fair share of dramas when her ex-husband, Jason Alexander gate crashed it and was charged with stalking the star.
Britney and Asghari wed last Thursday at their home in Thousand Oaks, California. Guests included their close friends and various stars, among them was: Drew Barrymore, Will.i.am, Selena Gomez, and Madonna. Britney’s estranged family, however, was not invited. Although there were reports that her brother Bryan was the only family member invited, this has been debunked. Who knows how long her account will be down for, or even if she’ll ever return. Whatever the reason, we hope she’s okay – and sometimes a social-media detox is just what we need.
