Dianne Feinstein Hospitalized After ‘Minor Fall’, Office Says

The 90-year-old senator went to the hospital after she tripped and fell Tuesday at her San Francisco home.

WASHINGTON — Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) was hospitalized after a minor fall at her home, her office said in a statement on Wednesday.

TMZ first reported the 90-year-old senator went to the hospital after she tripped and fell Tuesday at her San Francisco home.

“Senator Feinstein briefly went to the hospital yesterday afternoon as a precaution after a minor fall in her home. All of her scans were clear and she returned home,” a Feinstein spokesperson said in a statement.

Feinstein’s health has been a talking point among Democrats this year, with some calling on her to resign.

The 90-year-old missed three months of work after she was hospitalized with shingles. She has rejected calls from members of her party to resign, saying she is in perfect health.
