Here are five of the biggest moments from Meghan and Harry’s explosive sit-down with Oprah Winfrey.

The highly anticipated interview the world will be talking about aired on Sunday night as Oprah Winfrey sat down with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for a 2-hour special where nothing was off limits.

In case you missed it, here are five key moment from the big interview:

Meghan claims she had suicidal thoughts: Markle claimed she had suicidal thoughts because life within the royal family was so isolating after the negative press she got from marrying Harry in 2018.

“I just didn’t want to be alive anymore,” she said. And that was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.”

She said she eventually told her husband she was having suicidal thoughts before an event at Royal Albert Hall hours later.

“I remember him saying, ‘I don’t think you can go,’ and I said, ‘I can’t be left alone.’”

Meghan alleged Archie’s race was “an issue”: Markle, who is half Black, alleges there were conversations before Archie’s birth about his skin color and “how dark” he would be. She claims there wouldn’t receive a title or security for their son.

Oprah asked if the issue was that he’d “too brown and that would be a problem,” Meghan explained, “I wasn’t able to follow up with why, but if that’s the assumption you’re making, I think that feels like a pretty safe one.”

Harry also alleges these conversations happened but refused to provide details when pressed.

That conversation I am never going to share, but at the time it was awkward and I was a bit shocked,” he said. “That was right at the beginning… what will the kids look like?”

Meghan claims the Royal Family refused to get her help for her mental state: Following Markle’s alleged suicidal thoughts, she says she was told no when asking to get treatment for her mental state.

The former Duchess alleges there was nearly no guidance or support. She wasn’t allowed to leave the house for months due to concerns regarding optics and asked the institution for help, she claims she was told no.

“To have any child, any one or any two, would be amazing, but to have a boy and then a girl, what more can you ask for?” He said. “Now we’ve got our family. We’ve got the four of us and our two dogs, and it’s great.”

The couple are done having children with Markle turning 40 in August.

“Done, two is it,” she told Oprah.

Harry and Prince Charles’ relationship is rocky: Prince Harry revealed the relationship with his brother Prince William, who is third in line for the throne, is rocky but realizes they are on different paths now.

“I love William to bits,” he said. “He’s my brother and we’ve been through hell together. We have a shared experience. But we walk different paths.”
