Tully And Drew’s Love Story Gets Messier In ‘Big Brother Australia’ Promo

Drew and Tully are set to return to the Big Brother Australia house to play a new game but are they ready for Big Brother’s surprises?

(Fwrd Axis) —  Big Brother Australia is getting ready to return to screens soon and one of the most epic love stories in Big Brother history is about to get even messier.

In 2013, Anthony Drew and Tully Smyth had all the eyes on them as their romance played out for all of Australia to see. Then, Tully fell for Drew in the Big Brother house despite having a girlfriend on the outside world. When both of them left the house, they tried their relationship in the real world but decided to remain friends instead.

Now nine years later, Drew and Tully are set to return to the Big Brother Australia house to play a new game but are they ready for Big Brother’s surprises?

“History is not going to repeat itself,” Tully says in the promo.

Things are a bit different this time around. Tully came into the house with a boyfriend on the outside and it appears Drew and new housemate Sam has stolen Drew’s heart and it’s caught Tully by surprise.

“Week one, really?” a surprised Tully asks her former beau.

“She’s great,” Drew replies.

From the clips, it looks like Tully is not taking it well as the season goes on with her in tears in the Diary Room.

“It’s not normal to be in this environment with your ex-boyfriend,” she says through the tears.

“My heart is broken,” she tells her fellow housemates.

Tully and Drew are two of eight returning former housemates to play Big Brother’s new game and new social experiment. Also joining them are winners Reggie Bird and Tim Dormer, 2004 winner Trevor Butler, 2012 runner-up Layla Subritzky and her housemate Estelle Landy.

The eight returning housemates will join 12 brand new housemates in the fight for the title of Big Brother champion and the $250,000 prize.
