MTV Announces Cast For ‘The Challenge’ Season 39

The season will see 24 returning contenders compete against each other as well as legendary ‘Challenge’ champions.

The Challenge is back and this time, it will look a little bit different.

MTV announced Tuesday that the upcoming 39th season of The Challenge will be titled “Battle for a New Champion”, featuring a cast of players who have never won before.

The season will see 24 returning contenders compete against each other as well as legendary Challenge champions. Veterans returning include Tori Deal, Devin Walker, Cara Maria Sorbello, and C.T. Tamburello.

Unlike previous seasons, the champions are not there to steal a player’s spot in the game but rather compete in surprise elimination appearances throughout the season.

Contenders looking for their first win include Olivia Kaiser, who suffered a heartbreaking Season 38 injury, Tula “Big T” Fazakerley, Melissa Reeves, Kyland Young, and Jay Starret.
