‘Big Brother Australia’ Recap: Two Challenges Leads To One Big Eviction

The finale of Big Brother Australia is just days away.

(Fwrd Axis) – The finale of Big Brother Australia is just days away and Sunday night saw the housemates compete in two competitions, leading to the final five becoming four.

The episode kicked off following Tim’s eviction. Reggie is worried she may not get to the end but plans to work with Taras to keep herself safe since she cannot seem to win a challenge and after talking it over with him, he agrees.

Big Brother announces there will be two challenges taking place and the winner will nominate one housemate each. For the first challenge, the housemates had to race to fill their track to release balls to get to the end, unlocking a key for a box. Once opening the box, they would have to stack spools on top of each other to cross a track.

Alesha, Taras, and Brenton all got close. Aleisha’s stack fell twice but in the end, Taras narrowly beat Aleisha to win and get the power to nominate. When he nominated, Taras said he wanted to make a big move for his resume and decided to nominate Johnson. As a result, he would not be able to play in the second challenge.

Johnson is upset that Taras put him on the block and quickly told Aleisha and Brenton they need to win the second challenge to ensure their safety. For the second challenge, the housemates had to build a floor puzzle before bouncing balls on a track into four glass cylinders. Once again, Taras proved too strong and won the competition to win the power to nominate.

Taras decided to nominate Aleisha, pairing her against Johnson for the eviction. She thought of giving up her game for Johnson but Big Brother encouraged her to push on forward. Host Sonia Kruger returned to get the nomination process started. Aleisha and Johnson gave their emotional pitches but in the end, Aleisha was evicted on a 2-1 vote.
