U.S. star Jamie Lynn Spears has quit ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, becoming the second celebrity to leave the show, the broadcaster announced Wednesday.

Spears’ exit comes after restaurant critic Grace Dent also quit the show earlier this week.

A spokesperson confirmed to Fwrd Axis that Britney Spears’s younger sister left the jungle on “medical grounds” but declined to give further details.

“Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celeb on medical grounds,” ITV said in a statement. “She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.”

The former Zoey 101 star previously threatened to quit the show after three days in the Australian jungle, saying she was homesick and missing her daughters.

In an episode last week, the 32-year-old was in tears after her fellow contestants failed to secure her luxury item: a picture of her two daughters.

“I quit, I don’t wanna do it,” she said. “I do not wanna be there. I went to tell them [the producers] this is not fair. I quit. I don’t wanna do it, I don’t wanna be here, that’s so unfair that was torture. F*** this.”

Fans can expect to see Spears’ departure during Wednesday’s episode.
