CBS Announces Cast For Season 25 Of ‘Big Brother’

Julie Chen Moonves returns as the host of Big Brother.

It may be later this year but Big Brother is back as CBS announced the cast of houseguests for the landmark 25th season on Monday.

The network is marking its 25th season with 16 houseguests as they compete for the $750,000 grand prize. Among those playing the game include the first Sikh houseguest, the first female houseguest over 60, and the first Australian houseguest.

The first twist of the season was teased over the weekend with former Big Brother houseguests Frankie Grande, Britney Haynes, and Danielle Reyes breaking into this year’s house, where they activated a Time Laser in the hopes of rewriting their Big Brother journeys. Instead, the laser left the whole house with a comic book theme.

Julie Chen Moonves returns as the host of Big Brother, which premieres on Wednesday night at 8/7c on CBS and streams on Paramount+.
