‘Big Brother’ Recap: Alliances Form And Nominations Are Made

Big Brother kicked into action on Sunday night with alliances forming, targeting becoming clear, and Daniel’s first nominations.

(Fwrd Axis) — Season 24 of Big Brother kicked into action on Sunday night with alliances forming, targeting becoming clear, and Daniel’s first nominations.

The episode kicked off following Daniel winning the HoH competition. Quickly, Alyssa, Brittany and Paloma are concerned the backstage twist may result in one of their evictions while Daniel names the Have-Nots with Joseph, Kyle, Monte and Michael all volunteering.

Alliances began to form with Daniel and Nicole making a final two, calling themselves Rogue Rats. Paloma and Alyssa make a F2 based on the fact they are in the backstage twist, Alyssa, Ameerah, Brittany, Indy, Jasmine and Paloma form the “girls girls” alliance.

Taylor unknowingly made herself enemies in the house among the “girls girls” alliance because she was spending all her time with the guys in the house and Paloma bashed her for being a pageant queen, calling her fake and mocking her in the Diary Room.

The guys wanted to work together to make a guys alliance with someone on the side like the Cookout did last season. However, that plan is still in the works as of now.

In the HoH room, Daniel was getting pitches from the houseguests on who he should put up. Ammerah puts it in Daniel’s head about Michael being a superfan and that gets him thinking about not wanting to work with someone who is a superfan in the house.

At the nomination ceremony, Daniel nominated Terrance and Michael for eviction, saying he loves them all and it was hard to choose two people to nominate and he wishes he had them to make it easier for him.

Who will win the Power of Veto and will it be used to save either Terrance or Michael from eviction? Find out when Big Brother continues Wednesday night at 8/7c on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
